It’s a WELLNESS program for the children of Mission Starfish Haiti

Haiti has a very high infant mortality rate. More than 10% of Haitian children die before the age of five.
Many of the children in Haiti are unvaccinated and only 40% of the population has access to even basic healthcare. Source: UNICEF

StarfishCARE focus on promoting healthy living by providing basic health care services to the students at Mission Starfish Haiti and, to the extent possible, to their families and the local community.

In the fall of 2015, for the first time, two Haitian-trained nurses started working at Mission StarfishCARE. With donations from caring individuals of cash, supplies, and medications, these nurses can now provide:

Basic First Aid
Health education
Health screenings
Referrals to doctors or clinic

Will you partner with others who are choosing to make these health services available at Mission Starfish Haiti? if so, please reach out to Silentor to find out how:
